The customer must check the products immediately upon arrival. If it turns out that the product delivered is not the product ordered or is damaged, the customer must notify us immediately by e-mail to geral@rubenroquejewels.com .
If the customer’s complaint is considered justified, the customer will be given the option of replacing the delivered jewelry free of charge with the possibility of a refund.
In addition, even if the jewelry is in perfect condition, the customer has 15 days to return it if they change their mind, for an exchange or refund, in both cases the customer will have to pay the shipping costs, both in the case of a return and in the case of an exchange (shipping and reshipping).
Jewelry must be returned/exchanged in its original packaging (including box, bag and documentation received).
